Return window
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under this policy.
Contact us before sending your item back. Email info@thuynhungshop.com or call 1-888-202-0822. Include your order number or receipt, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
- Perishable goods, including food.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Certain health and personal care items. Please contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether an item is returnable.
- Sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Damaged or defective items and exchanges
Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so we can review the issue and provide instructions. Exchanges for the same item are available for defective or damaged products. Contact us before mailing an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your credit card or original payment method, except for eligible gift returns described below. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
A partial refund may apply if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
If an approved refund has not appeared, check with your bank and card provider first, then contact info@thuynhungshop.com if you still need help.
Gift returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, an approved return will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed after the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, an approved refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we arrange return shipping, that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. For items worth more than $75, consider shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned package. Exchange delivery times vary by destination.
