Shipping options and rates

Available shipping services, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.

Free domestic Economy shipping

Free Economy shipping is available on eligible domestic orders of $250 or more when this option is displayed at checkout. The Economy service has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Order processing

We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are normally shipped on Monday. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Store pickup

For Houston-area orders, choose Store Pickup if it is offered at checkout. Please contact us to confirm collection arrangements before travelling to the store.

International orders

International shipping options and rates, where available, are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes or tariffs.
